TRAC’s team did very high quality work on the Aberdeen and Durant Expansion Projects at our Grenada Railroad. The team in the field was very professional, operated with a “Safety First” approach and delivered quality projects on time. It was great to see the progress of both projects via the weekly photo reports. We are very appreciative of the high quality work and communication from TRAC and value our TRAC partnership.
TRAC’s professionalism, responsiveness and customer service is second to NONE!
Pat and the crew at TRAC are great to work with from communication down to the quality of the work. We are pleased to do business with them.
During the Fort Indiantown Gap weapon range project, we contracted the repairs of two separate railroad tracks in order to operate moving targets on that the U.S. Army can use to train their gunners with. TRAC was able to accomplish the repairs of both tracks ahead of the estimated time and present two excellent rails for our targets. Their professionalism was evident by the dedication of its crew arriving on time every day, briefing Theissen’s personnel on the ground with updates daily, and making certain the rails would work with our target’s wheels. TRAC innovated welding methods that allowed our specialized counter-balance wheels to work on the rails, eliminating splice point obstructions.
We were in danger of missing a day of unloading and would have to cancel our 2nd shift, but your team pulled through. NS was able to make their switch and we still were able to unload 13 cars.
“Most recently, when we experienced a late-night train derailment in Humboldt Industrial Park, you instantly recognized the gravity of the situation.”
Since this was a Greensville project, and my office is located in Florida, I had no company representation on site to monitor the project progress. TRAC performed as contracted and I was delighted with the communication they provided me during the project. I would use them again, and I recommend them.
